Nolan is 1 month old today. We had his checkup and he is now 22.75 inches long and weighs 10lb. 3oz. He is in the 89th percentile for length (43% at birth) and 61st for weight (25% at birth). That's what I call a growing boy. To celebrate we went for a walk and I did crunches for the first time in at least 11 months. You know the saying use it or loose it? Totally true!! :) Here's to 4 weeks down. I am looking forward to that magical 6 week mark!

1 Month!!

He's so cute! And just as a reminder for me it was more like the magical 8 or 9 week mark:)...I was a little frustrated at 6 weeks and want you to be prepared just in case! Oh, and congrats on the crunches! I'm impressed!
