At his 2 week checkup on tuesday he weighed in at 7 lb. 14 oz! way to gain some weight!
My parents have been here this week and my mom was such a huge help. She even took two night shifts with Nolan!!

He's so adorable! Glad you got the night schedule figured out and are getting some sleep. It will continue to get better! Survival mode for me was at least 8 weeks and then it started getting better! Glad you have had some help.
